So I've decided to start taking my weight loss and health seriously this year. It's going pretty well so far. Maybe this is a new years resolution I'll actually stick to ? Hopefully!
Started jogging/running around a park area near where I live, it hurts. It really hurts. If you could feel the pain my legs are experiencing right now you would be groaning too! I'm feeling alot better already, I've lost half a stone in 2 weeks and I plan to lose another half in the next two. I want to feel comfortable in my own body, I think that's one of the main reasons I'm as shy as I am when I meet new people.
Slashing calorie intake by about 500 daily and keeping up with my excercise can only lead to go things. I'm motivated to do it and if anyone reading this wants to motivate me even more. Go ahead :). My cousin said he'd come down and do some running with me, think I need to get him a muppets t-shirt so he doesn't feel like less of a badass running beside me.
I'm looking forward to a new Ryan this year, the Ryan that I deserve to be. New Chimp Spanner, Meshuggah and Daylight Dies records to look forward to also : p
(my legs are in so much pain right now, I can't stress that enough >.<)
